A combination of the former Cassoli S.r.l. and the tissue packaging sector of Wrapmatic S.p.A., Casmatic S.p.A.was established in 1994. It is now part of KPL Packaging.

Our History
KPL Packaging S.p.A. was created in 2003 by merging the Casmatic, Innopack and Wrapmatic companies. Here is an overview of events before and since.
