Just as applying handles to packs makes them more manageable, our versatile handling machines gives your production more efficiency, and your product added value. Choose between a wrapper-integrated solution or a post-wrapper stand-alone unit, each part of a highly automated complete wrapping line . . . each with the quality for which our Cassoli, Wrapmatic (tissue packing sector)and Casmatic trademarks have been known for more than half a century.
Machines
Installed on the Casmatic tissue roll wrapper, this machine adds the handle to the pack wrapping film on the unwinding phase, using an electrostatic charge. The handle is sealed to the pack during lateral sealing. Easy to use, with a highly accessible layout.
Positioned after the roll wrappers and running at a speed of up to 70 cycles/min, this machine can apply two types of handles: adhesive polypropylene attached at the borders, or complete adhesive film combined with paper or polythene.
This high-speed machine is positioned at the end of the roll wrappers, and runs as fast as 100 cycles/min. It applies a paper or polyethylene handle from a reel, combined with a self-adhesive belt unwound from a reel.
