Napkins wrappers
We offer a wide range of wrappers to satisfy the needs of any paper napkin producer. KPL Packaging wrappers are an integral part of our complete automated packaging lines, which for over 50 years have been manufactured under the Cassoli, Casmatic and Wrapmatic brands. In 2007, our sister company Pemco Inc. has taken over the Wrapmatic (tissue packing sector) products line.
Machines
This wrapper provides medium speed production (up to 45 packs/minute) in single or double stacks. Brushless motors/stepping motors in the main machine movement contribute to high reliability, easy maintenance and operator friendliness.
This wrapper is made for medium-high speed production (up to 65 packs/minute) in single or double stacks. The use of servomotors and stepping motors assures reliability, easy maintenance and operator friendliness.
This is a high speed wrapper (up to 75 packs/minute) for production in single, double or triple stacks. Thanks to servomotors, it can wrap many different types of products, with quick, easy format changeover. A new wrapping system with moving-buckets infeed maintains the high quality of your end product.
This new wrapper for bulk packs wraps napkins in vertical position at up to 40 packs/minute. It uses servomotors/stepping motors for main machine movement, and is highly reliable, easy to maintain and operator friendly.
