The human factor in this area is crucial. In each division of Customer Service, our technical support and customized service are provided by highly qualified, motivated personnel.
Technical Service
Teams of technicians are always available to travel, providing technical service and assistance worldwide. Each highly skilled team is dedicated to a specific kind of machine, assuring appropriate assistance in terms of installation, preventive maintenance, periodical service and one-off repairs. A technical helpdesk and an innovative tele-assistance service are also available, enabling analysis directly from the KPL Packaging factory, with speedy solutions over the phone.
Service Parts
Worldwide parts sourcing and logistical organization ensure efficient delivery of original service parts for our machines via a central operations system. It is connected 24-hours a day to three large warehouses located in Calderara di Reno (Bologna), the U.S. and China.

Training service
KPL Packaging customers use our training service to improve their operators’ knowledge, for maximum production and machine efficiency. In the Calderara di Reno factory, we have classrooms dedicated to operator training activities. The training service also conducts topic-driven courses at our customers' own factories.
T.I.P. (Technical Improvement Program)
The Technical Improvement Program (T.I.P.) proposes pre-engineered solutions to update your existing equipment utilizing the latest technology and innovations from our Engineering Department.
