Fabio Perini S.p.A. and KPL Packaging S.p.A. presented the latest innovations in converting and packaging at the technological event “Printemps in Lucca!”. Protagonist of the day, organized at the Fabio Perini S.p.A. facilities, was the new converting line TIME800 which achieved the speed record of 80 logs per minute. A unique result that once again confirms the leading technology of Fabio Perini S.p.A. The TIME800 was in line with the wrapping machines Casmatic CUBE and CMW200 and with the bundler model Casmatic S35. Line efficiency, number of logs and packs produced, are aspects that converters must keep in the utmost consideration.
To more than 300 attendees, Fabio Perini S.p.A. and KPL Packaging S.p.A., two leading companies in the tissue industry, presented a new approach to converting. New printing technologies, innovative embossing solutions aimed at increasing the aesthetic aspect of the finished roll; new wrapping solutions aimed at organizing in a rational way the distribution and logistic aspect, increasingly more flexible and automated machines that facilitate the operator’s work - all this with a focus on safeguarding the environment.
