Tissue World 2009: a technological Springtime at… Printemps in Lucca!

The most important show for the tissue field will open its doors in less than a month: Tissue World 2009 (March 23 to 26) at the Acroprolis Exhibition Hall in Nice, France.

Fabio Perini S.p.A., Perini Engraving S.r.l., KPL Packaging S.p.A., Winkler+Dünnebier AG and W+D-Langhammer GmbH - companies of the Körber PaperLink Group - will participate together at one common booth (# 1D01). They will present their latest innovations in converting, packaging and wrapping, their newest technologies developed with a focus on safeguarding the environment, and their solutions designed to place the operator at the center of the stage by facilitating and automating his or her work through the use of constantly more intelligent machines.

Fabio Perini S.p.A. and KPL Packaging S.p.A. will also participate at the show’s Conference Cycle. Tuesday, March 24th, Fabio Perini S.p.A. will hold a speech entitled “Change Your Way of Looking at the Converting Line”; to follow, KPL Packaging S.p.A. with “The Global Market and New Challenges for Tissue Packaging”. Both speeches will be held within the “Converting, Wrapping, Packaging and Logistics” session and will highlight changes taking place in the market and the consequent evolution of production systems.

The Nice show ends on March 26th but the technological fair will continue in Lucca on Friday, March 27th with the "Printemps in Lucca!" event organized by Fabio Perini S.p.A. and KPL Packaging S.p.A.

On March 26th (the last day of the show) guests who have registered to attend the event will be shuttled to Lucca for the next day’s machine demonstrations that will highlight technological innovations for converting and packaging. Protagonists of the event are the new TIME-generation line – the TIME800 – dedicated to kitchen towel converting, and the innovative Casmatic CUBE and Casmatic CMW200, together with the Casmatic S35 bundler, for the packaging.
